Recap of Chapter 72
The previous chapter starts with Shiori talking with the teacher for the career guidance. After her turn, she saw Akari arriving there. It was the first time they talked with each other after Jiro turned down Shiori.
She let Akari know that she was going to another city for the university. After that, Shiori also advised Akari to change before heading inside, or else the teacher might go mad.
Back at home, we saw Akari expressing the frustration of having to dress more conservatively for school. But she tells to Jiro that she does it for him. Jiro was getting embarrassed again and again by this. She also let him know that she will be heading back to her home tomorrow.
The Plot!
High schooler Jirō Yakuin harbors romantic feelings for his childhood friend Shiori Sakurazaka, but their school has instituted a couples training program (夫婦実習, Fūfu jisshū) that evaluates students primarily based on their ability to work together as a married couple. Despite Akari Watanabe’s initial dislike of Jiro, the two agree to earn points so they can trade partners and be with someone they like more.
