It starts with Rion acting as a freelancer assassin for a certain company. It’s been a year since they have escaped from the JAA. Uzuki and Rion were hiding near an abandoned building near the station.
When Rion arrives, Uzuki notices the blood on her hands and asks whether she killed someone again.

Next in Sakamoto Days 174 spoilers, we see Uzuki rant about the killing and warning her about getting caught. But they needed money to survive, if you have money, you can hide yourself and infiltrate the general society.
To free his comrades, Uzuki needs to crush Alkamar. Uzuki dosen’t want Rion to die or want her to kill someone. Rion replies that to save your comrade, you have to kill your enemies.
Meanwhile, Asaki has got the information about Uzuki and Rion. After that we see Rion visiting the same company once again for work but this time she rejects any killing job.
But this time the job is to protect a child. Rion agrees to it and says that this is the last time. On the other hand, Asaki has arrived at Rion and Uzuki’s hideout.
He asked Uzuki to move Alkamar once again but got rejected as Uzuki said that he was not his puppet anymore. Then Asaki says that if he wants to save his comrades then he must do one last mission for him. If he completes this task, he will release his comrades.
Both of them have accepted the task and it looks like both Uzuki and Rion might face each other. Asaki might have manipulated them to the next level.

Let’s have a look at a small recap of the previous chapter where Rion was confronting Uzuki. She wanted to know why did he killed Kindaka.
She learns that the Uzuki family has been kept hostage. If he didn’t kill Kindaka, they would kill Gaku who is 13 years old and is like a brother to him. He grew up in a facility where orphans are raised as assassins.
JAA agents then arrive and even include Rion under the suspicion of killing Kindaka. Now they both are on the run while JAA agents have been chasing them nonstop.
