Gachiakuta Chapter 83 release date, recap & more

The manga readers are patiently waiting for Gachiakuta Chapter 83. The narrative seems to have calmed down a lot. The recent arc was filled with a lot of plot, actions, and tense moments. Although everyone was safe, Zanka was the one who got injured the most. Probably the next arc is going to revolve more around him, I think.

Recap of Chapter 82

Gachiakuta Chapter 83

Chapter 82 of Gachiakuta starts with a funny scene. A random guy trying to rob the gang of cleaners. We also get to know that Enjin is the worst driver. Plus Rudo can stay awake all night and drive.

They all were dressed in casual clothes and were heading to meet Zhanka. Enjin lets Rudo know that Zhanak is nervous. He is probably not used to it.

Rudo then let them know about the flowers. How it was like a tradition in the sky world, to bring flowers when you visit someone. The other cleaners let him know that the flowers are extremely rare here. However, they still arrange some flowers for this occasion.

Then in Gachiakuta Chapter 82, we see Rudo asking about how seriously Zhanka got hurt by Jabber posion. It was so potent, that even with the help of Eisha, they couldn’t get that poison out.

Remlin

They are still confused about the Jabber poison, however, it is not life-threatening at the moment. But Zhanka’s self-confidence has gone down because he was the only one who got beaten up in the fight.

At the same time, Enjin lets them know that Zhanka isn’t that weak. He has once fought against his weakness and has crawled his way back. They know, he will get more stronger.

At the end of the Chapter, we see Remlin from Canvas Town visiting them. It seems the spell cast on Zhanka has some defect. And we can more about it in the upcoming chapter.

About the Manga

Within a shantytown where formerly incarcerated individuals call home… Their “tribal people” status makes them the object of hostility and scorn from the outside world. As a result of Rudo’s extraordinary athletic talent, Regato adopts the orphaned boy and helps him make it to the ghetto. However, he finds himself face-down in the “abyss” that even the people living in slums fear, accused of a crime that he cannot remember.

Kei Urana, who rose to fame as Atsushi Ohkubo’s protégé, has penned and drawn the Gachiakuta manga. While Ohkubo was developing Fire Force, Urana worked as her assistant.

When she won the 103rd Shonen Jump Magazine Newcomer Manga Award, her work became widely known. In February 2022, just before the Fire Force Manga came to an end, her work Gachiakuta started serializing in Kodansha’s monthly Shonen Jump magazine.
