At the entrance because of the guards, Terasu’s temper was going up but Hibaru was able to calm him down. Suddenly the guards were called, so they both were able to enter easily.
It was a club where many of the people were dancing. We saw some cool dance moves done by Hibaru too. But then some guys started to cause some ruckus but Kuran appeared and defeated them one by one.

Next in Negai no Astro Chapter 4 raw scans, we see Terasu and Hibaru meeting with Kuran where he reveals that he is not the leader. Kou (the 11th adoptive son) arrived on the scene who is the real leader of the Ikebukuro branch.
His Astro powers are like Doctor Octopus from the Spiderman movie. Four arms came out from his back. The object is the lighter. Maybe they might even spit out some fire from it. Hibaru was pi**ed from him and challenged him to a duel for this branch.
