They heard some noise inside the toilet. Someone went to check the noise. One of them shot the door and made a hole. They were trying to see who was inside. They can see 2 fingers came out of that hole.

Holding the nose with two fingers, we see a huge slash that cuts all the toilet doors and the Uzuki member’s head. The old man is finally here!!!
It was Takamura who came out and started to fight against the Uzuki members. He has slashed them all and next we head back to Sakamoto.
We will see more conversation between Sakamoto and Uzuki in Sakamoto Days 163 raw scans. He says that he can’t stay in Akou’s personality for a longer time. Sakamoto tells Uzuki that he can’t kill him and Akou.
Uzuki gets angry after hearing that and holds Sakamoto’s shirt while screaming.

In Chapter 162, Sakamoto learned more about Uzuki and his split personality disorder from Wutang. According to him, Uzuki has some kind of multiple personality disorder.
Uzuki who’s other split personality is Akou was in the body and was talking with Nagumo. She knew many things, the way she talked, and more just like Akou which was confusing Nagumo.
That’s when Sakamoto arrives on the scene. Akou was created to protect Uzuki, so that’s why she put the bounty on Sakamoto so that he can kill him. But he wasn’t able to do it. That’s why she went for Nagumo but in the end, he missed too.
