Recap of Chapter 123
Chapter 123 of Tomodachi Game reveals all the mystery that was boiling up from the start. Masakazu Shibe is the game boss of Tomodachi Game which was getting predictable with every chapter.
So how Yuuichi was able to conclude? First, it was not Shiba Taizen as he had killed him by his own hands. So the only candidates remaining are the other four from the group.
Kokorogi’s mother was out as the main boss is a man. Tenji’s father was also out of the option as Tenji saw his father’s corpse with his own eyes. Sawaragi’s father was already trying to find the truth about Tenji’s father’s death by infiltrating the game.
Guilty
That only leaves Masakazu Shibe. He knew his son was participating in the game. Also, Shibe didn’t see his father’s corpse when the accident happened. But the most decisive thing was when Shibe betrayed Yuuchi.
Shinji Shiba already told him that his father was alive and he was the boss. Shibe felt guilty about all the game and wanted to become the winner. So that he can meet with his father and ask about everything that has happened till now.
Yuuchi’s third kill?
So why did his father do all of this? He just wanted to feel satisfied. Seeing Yuuchi the person who tricked him betraying his friends for the money. According to him, there is no better salvation, it was worth it hosting this game.
And now the question arises, who is the third victim? This was the worst crime Yuuichi committed. While killing Yuka, she let him know that she was pregnant. That was also the secret that she hid from the others.
According to Shibe’s father, Yuuchi killed her despite knowing that the unborn child would have been the real son of Shiba and Yuka. Yuuichi couldn’t accept the existence of the biological child, so he killed Yuka.
Thoughts
Now this reveal was almost predictable for me after the recent chapters. We have shown many times where Yuka and Shiba were having s*x. It was easy to guess that she might be pregnant.
Now the question is whether Yuuchi really knows. If he knew and what Shibe’s father explained the selfish reason of him, I think this might not be true. Maybe Yuka is the one who asked him to do it. She would have known that she might die soon and raising the child alone in the rough world might be difficult. This is just my prediction and I have seen many fans talking about this too.
