Recap of Chapter 2
Chapter 2 of Astro Baby starts with Billy in shock. The baby of Elly spoke. It was just a newborn. He said sarcastically about how this kid might be a genius.
Meanwhile, the baby asked him for help. Suddenly Elly who has been affected by the virus, started to bite Billy. However, the baby used his power and controlled Elly’s brain for a few seconds. It was because his cells were superior to hers.
The baby asked Billy to kill her quickly. However, Billy can’t kill her. He still loved her. He wants to protect her until they can find the cure and heal her. The simpness level is the max here for the main character. Even the baby thinks this guy has a red bean instead of his brain.
Stuck
Suddenly Elly attacked once again, but this time towards her own child. She was choking him when suddenly Billy jumped in between both of them. He doesn’t want a mother to eat her child. Elly bite on the shoulder of Billy.
Taking that advantage the kid threw her out of the building. She got dropped in a car with a loud bang. Seeing Billy not waking up he pees on his face. Billy then saw that Elly was still alive and already left the scene.
Now Billy wants to find the cure for the coupers and also wants to find Elly. Also, he was confused as to why another meteor fall here.
He took the baby and started to leave the place. That’s when they realized that they were stuck. Because the meteor has fallen on the hospital. Phase 5 has started. That means to contain the couper disease all civilians in the impact zone will be terminated.
