What happened in Chapter 49
Chapter 49 of Jinx manhwa starts with a face-off event for MFC 298. After that, both of them and their teams and coaches met at the backstage.
It was the director of King of the MMA Gym who started the conversation. He wished coach park first. Kim was having thoughts about his previous meeting with him and wasn’t feeling good about it.
Next, Baek Jumin wants to shake hands with Jaekyung and compliments him. However, up close he says something that made Jaekyung pi**.

Trash Talk
In the evening, everyone was heading back home. The match is scheduled for the next morning.
Coach Park tried to tell Jaekyung not to think too much and to get proper sleep. Back home, Jaekyung was taking a shower and started to remember what Jumin said to him.
It was just trash talk but Jaeukung was mad about it. The scenario changes in Jinx Chapter 49, as the match day has arrived. Both Kim and Potato are checking the drinks and equipment properly this time.
The director of the other gym once again comes to greet them. He says it’s an honor to have a fight between two Koreans for the championship.
Ankle
Jaekyung in rage mode says to pi** off from here which started a small fight there. Suddenly one guy switches the sprain relief spray from there. No one was able to notice it.
After that when Jaekyung was practicing he sprained his ankle a little. Kim comes and uses that spray which was replaced. Suddenly his ankle becomes more red and Jaekyung feels more pain than before.
That’s how the chapter ends. Kim is already at a loss and scared of what has he done. Probably now Jakeyung might be fighting Jumin with an injured ankle. And the chances of losing him are very high.
