Recently fans are really hyped for Kingdom 787 which will be on a break next week. Sou’Ou’s surprise rear-guard assault catches Shibashou’s army off guard. Additionally, Ousen and his officers take note of the assault and observe that Shibashou’s forces are gaining ground.

Recap of Chapter 786
Reports reach Shibashou in Kingdom 786 of an impending surprise invasion. Just fight the enemies in the back, he tells the units in the back. Don’t worry about the fight up ahead. As more troops from Ousen’s army start to attack, Shibashou’s men strengthen the area around him.
There is an old soldier who tells Shibashou that if anything happens to him, Kan Saro will kill them. Shibashou says to let them through and he’ll kill them himself. They need to keep “the flame of Seika” safe. The old man then says that the Ousen army is bigger than they thought it would be, which means that more people will die than they thought.
Flames of Seika
He thinks that they might have been able to work things out if they had asked Ousen to Seika and had tea together. According to Shibashou, he might be right, but everyone would have to put down their guns. Chushin, the old man, asks Shibashou if people are too scared to do that.
Shibashou answers that they are. Shibashou says he’s not ready to kill yet, but if killing his enemies will keep his people from dying, he will. Because they are all “the flames of Seika.”
When Ousen’s men see Shibashou pull out in front, they get angry and order them to kill the soldiers around him first. It’s funny, Choushin says, because Ousen’s troops will be killed and the people of Qin will feel bad about attacking Hango.
Protect Souou Sama
Her troops are trying to keep her safe while she fights Ji Aga and Kan Saro. When Shin Kakugaku and Sanshuu show up, Kan Saro tells Ji Aga to kill her. The Kan Saro kicks Shin Kakugaku out of the way, and he thinks to himself that Shiryou did a good job fighting them by herself.
“I will protect Sou’Ou-sama, I will protect Sou’Ou-sama” is all Shiryou can say to herself. She looks like she’s almost dead. Shin Kakugaku tells her to lie down and rest. They can buy some time even if they can’t kill Kan Saro or Ji Aga.
Kan Saro’s troops say that Sou’Ou’s attack on Shibashou’s army has slowed them down. Shiryou jumps back out in front of Kan Saro as he starts to move. Kan Saro is asked by Ji Aga if Shibashou can die. Upcoming Kingdom 787 might be pretty interesting to read.

Cliffhanger?
Kan Saro would like to say no, but this is a fighting spot. Ji Aga claims that he only came here because he thought it was impossible to kill Shibashou. Kan Saro says that he told him at the start of the battle that he had to accept that option.
Now he’s wrong, so he says, “No, I told you to be strong ever since Seika took Riboku in…” Ji Aga sees that he isn’t as determined as he thought he was and says that he won’t hold back and will hit Shiryou over the head with something.
Shin Kakugaku doesn’t think he can stop both of them, but he can block one of them. And if he has to give up his life to bring one of them down with him, it should be Kan Saro, the number one leader.
Shin Kakugaku tells Sanshuu to join him, and after a short time, Shiryou also moves to attack. When Shiryou turns around, Ji Aga is right behind her and cuts her neck. Fans are pretty excited and waiting for Kingdom 787.
