Recap of Chapter 509
Mandeok and Yuseong have both damaged one of the Gun arms badly. But it was enough for them to buy time so that Eli Jang, God Dog, and Jake Kim could take over from here.
Eli was outright angry with him and said how if wasn’t for him, everything would have been different now with the hostel. Gun told Eli to face the reality and that he wasn’t responsible for Heather.
After that we saw Eli’s dream where everyone was alive, the hostel had a fruit shop, kids were going to school and Eli was happy in it. Back to reality, it was just a dream as Eli resembles Tom Lee as he fights in a beastly manner against Gun.
Gun vs God Dog!
This was the first time in the series, where we all saw Gun wounded so much. After that, it was Jake Kim’s turn.
Fans learned how he was going on for the old revenge because he couldn’t free his mind and wasn’t part of a big deal. In that way, he won’t be involving them. Even Jake resembles a little bit of his father as he further hurts Gun.
But in the end, Gum was somehow able to take them both down. However, now Johan Seong (God Dog) is next. He has taken the eye drop and now his vision is better from before.
Thoughts and Conclusion
This is the absolute madness we are witnessing right now. Gun has truly shown us why he is the true GOAT of the series. But I never thought that Gun would get damaged so much.
