Recap of Chapter 352
Since he was going at his own time, Dali didn’t feel rushed to take the test. Give him as much time as he needs to consider it. The situation prompted Iruma to ponder whether it was possible for someone who has no idea what rank 5 entails to suddenly become rank 6.
Bachiko interrupted his train of thought. Even though Bachiko was gushing over Iruma’s tricky award, she seemed to sense that Iruma was upset. Iruma responded that he wasn’t sure when she asked if he was going to accept the Scala recommendation letter immediately after seeing him hold it. To let her down was his apology.
She assured him that she understands that a higher rank comes with greater responsibility, but that she would be delighted if he were to achieve rank 6.
The Test!
She shares his optimism and has great expectations for her. She assured him that if he does mess up, she will train him again if he just comes to her. The fact that he used it at such a young age shocked Mephisto. He was desperate for one thing in particular. Then we quickly move on to the elders’ greetings, and guess who was standing next to him, aside from Azz and Clara?
