Chapter 1 Review and Recap
Sakamoto Holidays Chapter 1 has just been released and it was such a good read. We even saw many chibi versions of the characters which were quite good. The chapter also involved action plus comedy.
It starts with a basic introduction about Sakamoto, Shin, his family, and the store. The assassins are still troubling him and there have been many shoplifting accidents.
With the help of Shin and his mind-reading skills, they were able to catch those thieves and assassins.
While doing this job, they forgot to bring some items and food for the dinner. Aoi then told them that she would bring the items while they should keep an eye on Hana.
Sakamoto and Shin started to clean the whole store to redeem themself. But then, they were under the attack by a mafia gang. They both fight and defeat them while making sure Hana dosen’t realize anything.
After that, they realize that the shopping district is very dangerous and they need to do something. They decided that they would make this shopping district the safest place in the city.
Thoughts and Conclusion
Very good artwork and chibis were the best part for me in the chapter. We were also shown the order members at the last panel, so they will also make an appearance in the upcoming chapters. Osaragi looks very cute in the Chibi version. I didn’t expect so much action which was done very nicely without harming too much story.
