The Dragon of Law, “Elefseria”. He resides at the Wizard Guild, but Natsu is able to catch his disguise. Actually, he is a human who can take dragon form and is the first Master of Magia Dragon.
So what is the quest? There are five Dragon Gods on Guiltina and Natsu and his group must seal them away.
