Raw Scans and Negai no Astro Chapter 3 spoilers
The full raws or spoilers are not out but some hints and leaks were recently released. We will try to cover every possible spoiler of this chapter in this article. Keep in mind that this spoiler might not be in any particular order.
According to Negai no Astro Chapter 3 spoilers we will see a character named Ginji Yobana, who was the advisor for Hibaru’s father. I think he was caught by the Hawk faction for not doing the bidding for Shio (first adopted son)
Looking at the raw scans, it seems Hibaru was able to save him. We also learn about the 2nd adopted son who seems like an advisor for Shio, his name is ‘Satsuki’. The third adopted son was also shown in this chapter.

Shield Astro
Next in Negai no Astro Chapter 3 spoilers we are going to see a confrontation between brothers. It is between Hibaru and Terasu. It was really out of expectation to see them fight.
Terasu wanted to kill Shio and was not afraid to use a gun. Despite everything that is going on right now, Hibaru doesn’t want to kill his brothers. But Terasu was not happy with this decision. He told Hibaru that if he couldn’t do it, so he would do it in his place. Teraus reminds him that everything has changed since he was asleep.
Terasu also have Astro powers which are in the form of shield. The shield locket which was given by Hibaru’s father was the object that awakened his powers(holding that object and making a wish)
This is also might be the reason that he was able to survive that building crash in the first chapter. But it seems Hibaru was able to beat him or convince him in the end according to the Negai no Astro Chapter 3 spoilers. For more accurate details we have to wait for the official release of the chapter.
