Recap of Chapter 7
The previous chapter starts with Terasu and Hibaru laughing after seeing Kuran’s astro power and his form. He had a fox tail behind him which was quite funny.
On a serious note, because of Hibaru, Kuran remembered his true self. The role of Botan was taking a toll on him. He dosen’t mind joining him but Sanmmenroppi and this club are important to him. He can’t leave it just like this.
Even Kou was struggling on his own. That’s when Kou wakes up and tells Kuran that this place dosen’t belong to him.
Real Smile
He dosen’t need anyone to tell him what to do, as long as he has his Astro power, he won’t handing this base to anyone. Kou is done with him and asks Kuran to leave with Hibaru. He also asks Hibaru to take care of Kuran in his place.
After that, we saw Kuran’s past when he asked Hibaru’s father to teach him how to make money. He wanted to buy a club and wanted to start his security team.
As he was leaving the club, Kou shouted and told him that whenever he visited next time, there should be a smile on his face.
It was too hard for Kuran to convey his emotion so he transformed into his young self where he was smiling and crying and promised Kou that one day he would come back with a real smile on his face.
At the end of the chapter, we see Hibaru, Terasu, and Kuran riding the bikes while Hibaru informs them about his faction, “Hibaru Faction”
Thoughts and Conclusion
The first small arc has concluded here and we can say it is a very good start for the manga. Not the best, but it will improve as the plot progresses. I love to see the bikes right now. Now we will have to wait and see what Hibaru will do after this. It is for sure that he will go for another one of his siblings and maybe this time we may see a faction war. This may build up to a good and long arc for the series.
