Recap of Chapter 125
The previous chapter starts with Masakazu Shibe firing the gun on Yuuichi after what he heard from him. For Yuuichi, the game is still not over yet. Masakazu even asked whether the money was more important than his life.
For Yuuichi it is everything to him. Masakazu Shibe started to yell and talk about how Yuuichi could betray his friends and family for money.
Yuuichi is also aware of this. Not only does he breathe lies, but he also betrays the people without any hesitation. But for now, all he wanted was to end this game as soon as possible.
The True Goal?
Finally, Masakazu Shibe gives the order that this game finally ends. Yuuichi was satisfied as everything went according to his plan.
Masakazu Shibe then says how no one was approaching him and no one wanted to be his friend.
That’s when Kei arrives and quickly asks Taro to stop the bleeding. Kei was crying as no one was able to truly understand what Yuuichi wanted.
Because the winner of the final game was not Yuuichi, but it was Shiho Sawaragi. It was all instructed by Yuuichi from the start of the game.
What Yuuichi wanted was to destroy the Tomodachi Game and the other was to kill the boss. But Masakazu Shibe is not dead so he goes for the worst possible ending, where Yuuichi dies. At the end of the chapter, Taro informs them that Yuuichi is already dead.
