Recap of Chapter 65
The last chapter of season 1 starts with Shirone leaving the village. He has helped his friends in getting the Wolk leather and claws which will be useful for them.
But it was very dangerous to fight them. However, Shirone was able to unleash his hidden magic and discovered Mass. That helped him in making Photon attack canon which can do real damage.
When he returns to the academy he first shows this attack to Yuriki and Ned. Remember that they are on a three-day suspension right now. Yuriki was quite surprised by the magic.
After that when they were having lunch in a restaurant, Shirone finally told the truth about him to them. That he was a commoner and not a noble. Both Yuriki and Ned didn’t mind that. Truly they are the best trio in the series.
What to Expect in Season 2
The fans can expect to start the new arc in the series. Now that Shirone has found something new, we might see him discovering more details about his photon magic.
Also, at the end of the previous chapter, we saw some kind of dark magician helping some kids in trouble. This guy doesn’t have any good intentions. We might see some kind of cult or group in the upcoming arc as villains.
