Marvel’s new superhero movie, packed with action, named ‘Kraven The Hunter’ is set to release in theatres in August 2024. ‘Kraven the hunter’ is a character that comes from the marvel comics and this is going to be its first depiction in the form of a movie. J.C Chander has directed the movie, whereas Richard Wenk, Art Marcum and Matt Holloway have provided the screenplay. The story of the movie is also written by Richard Wenk and it is based on Marvel comics. Avi Arad, Matt Tomlach and David Householter have produced the movie. The makers of the movie released the official red band trailer on Sony Entertainment’s official Youtube channel. The trailer was released on 19th of June 2023 and within the time span of 6 months, more than 26 million people have watched it. Since it is a marvel movie, the audience has high expectations from it and therefore the movie is a much anticipated one.
Kraven The Hunter theatrical release date in the United States is 30th of August 2024. Because of 2023 FAG-AFTRA strike, the makers delayed movie’s release date.

Production, Filming & Music
Earlier, it was planned that director Sam Raimi will be introducing marvel character Kraven the Hunter in his spider man movie, but later the plan was cancelled. Writer Richard Wenk wrote the screenplay for Kraven The Hunter, as he was hired after the immense success of The Equalizer 2.
In the early February of 2022, the filming began in Iceland at Lake Myvatn. The production in that area was handled by TrueNorth Production with a team of 80 members. Ben Davis, who has worked in multiple MCU films, served as a cinematographer for this movie. The release date of the movie has been delayed twice, as earlier it was 6th of October 2023, but now it is rescheduled to be 30th of August 2024.
Benjamin Wallfisch has produced the theme music for the movie.
