Apple Tv is all set to release an upcoming miniseries based on the American founding father Benjamin Franklin named, ‘Franklin’. The series is based on a book named, ‘A great improvisation: Franklin, France, and the birth of America written by Stacy Schiff. The series’ story is written by Kirk Ellis and Howard Korder. Tim Van Patten has directed the series. Other than Kirk Ellis, Howard Korder and Tim Van Patten, the executive producers in the series are Michael Douglas, Tony Krantz, Mark Mostyn, Richard Plepler. The production companies involved in the making of the series are Apple Studios, Flame Ventures and ITV Studios. The makers of this biographical miniseries released the official trailer on 13th of March amongst the audience. Within a day, more than 1.15 million people have watched the trailer. The series is a much anticipated one, since it is based on such a famous book and one of the most important personalities of America, Benjamin Franklin. 

Franklin Apple Tv release date is 12th of April 2024. Series will only be available on Apple Tv, as it is the official distribution partner.

Plot of the Series 

The series is based on the founding father of America Benjamin. It will depict how he spent nearly eight (8) years in France to make sure and convince the country to underwrite the democracy of America.
