Netflix is all set to release an upcoming American thriller movie named, ‘Rebel Moon’ Part 1: Child of Fire. A very famous and talented Zack Snyder has directed the movie. Zack Snyder along with Kurt Johnstad and Shay Hatten have provided the screenplay for the movie. Deborah Snyder, Wesley Coller, Eric Newman and Zack Snyder have produced the movie. Rebel Moon Part 1 Release Date
The makers of the movie have released the official trailer of the movie on Netflix site and Youtube on 13 November 2023. More than 14 million people have watched the trailer on Youtube alone. The expectations of it to reach an even larger audience is high, because of its popularity.
The makers will release the Rebel Moon Part 1 on Netflix official site on 22 December 2023.
As Netflix is the official distribution partner, the movie will only be available on their site.

Plot of the Movie (Rebel Moon Part 1)
There is a universe which is controlled and regulated by a corrupt government which belongs to the Motherworld. The forces of the Imperium, which is the army of the Motherworld, threaten the moon of Veldt. The army of the Motherworld is controlled by Regent Balisarius. An old member of the Imperium army, named Kora who wants the redemption of her past under the oppressive leadership of the government. She herself takes the responsibility of recruiting the warriors from across the universe to fight against the army of Motherworld.
This is Netflix’s brief introduction about the movie: ‘When the ruthless forces of the Motherworld threaten a quiet farming village on a distant moon, a mysterious outsider becomes its best hope for survival’.
Production and Filming
The film is written by Zack Snyder himself and he is inspired by the works of Star Wars Films, Akira Kurusawa and Heavy Metal Magazines. Earlier Snyder and Newman wanted to develop a series but settled on a movie with Netflix.
Sofia Boutella is in the lead role of the movie as she was given her role in November 2021. On 19 April 2022 the official filming of the movie began. Zack Snyder is also the cinematographer of the movie. It took a total of 152 days in filming and 82 million dollars.
