10. Toma Hiragi

Next on the list is Togame Jo, the second in command of Shishitoren. He has recently appeared in anime. Now don’t think that he is just an NPC kind of mob introduced in the series.

8. Shuhei Suzuri

7. Tasuku Tsubakino
Now comes the most confusing character in the Wind Breaker series. Tasuku Tsubakino is one of the four heavenly Kings of Bofurin. Kodansha still uses him as a male but there is nothing confirmed. It might be possible that this might also be a trans character.
Tsubakino is also in love with Umemiya and also has a feeling of respect and admiration towards him.
6. Hayato Suo
Next in the Top 10 Strongest Characters in Wind Breaker is the most mysterious character. He is so skilled in martial arts that no one has touched him yet.
Hayato is a very easygoing and kind-hearted person. His techniques are similar to Aikido. Even Suo doesn’t know what type of style his martial art is. There is a hint that it is a mixture some combined techniques.
5. Haruka Sakura
Next is the main protagonist of our series, Haruka Sakura. Most of the fans right now love his Tsundere kind of personality. He has a great flexible body and can use gymnastics in his fighting style.

2. Hajime Umemiya
Hajime Umemiya is the second-strongest person in the series. He is the leader of Bofurin. Everyone in the school acknowledges his strength and leadership along with four heavenly kings.
Hajime seems to despise fighting, despite his exceptional combat abilities. He prefers to avoid conflicts by negotiating instead. On top of that, he gives the impression of being an easygoing yet compelling leader. He likes planting and cooking more.
1. Chika Takiishi
Chika Takiishi is the strongest man ever in the Bofurin school history. His long red hair makes him look more gorgeous. There is still some debate among the fandom that Umemiya might beat him. But I still think he is the strongest person in the series for now.
